Who we are
Life With Claude — Publisher ("the Tool") is a content-preparation tool built and operated by the creators of Life With Claude, an original animated comedy short series produced under the Vertically Challenged banner. The Tool is not a consumer product and is not offered to the general public: it exists so the creators can move their own finished episodes into their own social accounts. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the Tool and this website. It explains every category of data the Tool touches, why it touches it, how long it is kept, and how to make us delete it.
What we access
- TikTok account, via OAuth (
video.upload,user.info.basic): the Tool connects to the creator's own TikTok account, with the creator's explicit one-time authorization, solely to place finished video files into that account's drafts (inbox).user.info.basicis read only to confirm which account was authorized, so a file cannot be delivered to the wrong destination. - Video files: the creator's own rendered episodes, transferred to their own drafts.
- OAuth tokens: the access and refresh tokens returned by TikTok, held only so the authorized upload can be performed.
The Tool collects no personal information from visitors to this website. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers on any page of this site.
What we do not do
- We never publish content publicly. The human creator publishes from inside the TikTok app.
- We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any data with third parties, for any purpose.
- We do not access followers, direct messages, comments, analytics, or any account other than the authorized creator's own.
- We do not use any data for advertising, profiling, training, or resale.
How long we keep it
OAuth tokens are retained only for as long as the creator keeps the connection active, and are used for nothing except the authorized draft uploads. Video files are not retained by the Tool after the draft upload completes. We keep no archive, backup, or copy of transferred media.
Your choices and your rights
The creator may revoke the Tool's access at any time from TikTok's own settings, under Security and permissions, and revocation takes effect immediately on TikTok's side. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of anything we hold, email jayandtonyshow@gmail.com. We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm in writing when it is done.
Security
Tokens are held in encrypted storage and are transmitted only over TLS to TikTok's official API endpoints. Access is limited to the creators who operate the Tool.
Children
The Tool is not directed to children, is not offered to the public, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting an active authorization are communicated to the connected account.
